You got to be honest in life according to the situation and end of the day all it matter is whether you are honest to yourself or not.
Similarly,when a player is struggling with his form or unable to perform it is the encouragement from the coach which actually works rather than practical coaching.Though the coach knows that developing something is not a over night process,but he still motivates the player with his positive approach.And here the coach is not being honest at the present but end of the day he knows that is the player works out the result will definitely come out.
